A new excess option is added to contents policies, July
A higher excess option is added to contents policies at renewal. It is optional, and the existing options stay.
The schedule shows the excess for each section separately, as it does now.
Policyholders affected by this change are written to at the address held on the policy. Nothing is needed from anybody who is not written to.
