An older policy series closes to new business, January
The 2004 household series closes to new business this month. Policies already in the series run on unchanged.
Anybody moving to the current series is written to first, with both schedules side by side.
Policyholders affected by this change are written to at the address held on the policy. Nothing is needed from anybody who is not written to.
