If you do not have an account yet
An account is opened once a policy starts, and the invitation goes to the email address on the policy. Write to the general mailbox if the invitation never arrived.

What you do not need an account for
- Making a complaint, about a decision or about the way a claim was handled.
- Reading the conditions and the product pages.
- Writing to any of the mailboxes, or sending a letter by post.
- Telling us about a change to a policy.
