This website aims to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA.

How the site is built
- Every page can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visible.
- Headings, lists, forms and landmarks are marked up as what they are, so a screen reader can move through a page by structure.
- Form fields carry visible labels, and a field that needs attention is named in words rather than by colour alone.
- Text can be enlarged in the browser without the layout breaking, and the pages work on a small screen.
- Motion is limited, and the site works with the browser set to reduce it.

Where the site falls short
- This statement is written for a demonstration environment and rests on no external audit.
- Documents attached to a claim or a complaint are not checked for accessibility, because they come from the sender.
