Statements move to a single yearly letter, October
From next year the premium statement arrives once, before the renewal date, instead of twice.
Anything that changes during the year still arrives as a reissued schedule at the time it changes.
Policyholders affected by this change are written to at the address held on the policy. Nothing is needed from anybody who is not written to.
